Request for HOA Documents #1
Per Chapter 720, Florida Statutes and the SJGC governing documents, homeowners may request a copy or viewing of documents that are stored on the HOA website. To accomplish this, we have created an easy to follow process for homeowners to use. The fee for printed copies is $.25 per page. The expected date by which these records will be available is approximately 2 days for email or website review and 10 days for printed copies. If you have questions, contact your POD Director or the HOA office. Please complete the information requested and return the form as directed.
