NOTICE TO ALL HOMEOWNERS

Austin Outdoor is now our landscaper they will be mowing, edging, and trimming our yards and common areas. Whey will weed our flower beds both manually(large weeds) and spray them to control the weeds. They will also keep the Paver driveways free of weeds.

If you have any problems or need help please Fill out the Austin Outdoor form that is on our website in the forms tab or at the office and turn it in at the HOA office. 772-344-0219

Hulett is responsible for getting our lawns under control and in much better shape. Ant control is not part of their contract. Ant control is the Homeowners responsibility. If you need special assistance in your yawn they will contact you and tell you what it is and offer assistance. Example Chinch Bugs and certain weed infestation. They can treat the area and kill them but you will have to replace the sod. As more information becomes available in regard to Landscape Maintenance you can find it here and on our TV Channel.

The Board is looking into a tree trimming service for the common area as well as for homeowners

WE ARE ASKING EVERY HOME OWNER TO INSPECT THEIR IRRIGATION SYSTEM FOR PROPER COVERAGE

Do not turn on your sprinklers if they are hooked up to the HOA system.

You may damage the system and or mess up the timers.

You can and will be fined for this and you will pay repair cost.
