NOTICE TO ALL HOMEOWNERS

Austin Outdoor is now our landscaper they will be mowing, edging, and trimming our yards and common areas. Whey will weed our flower beds both manually(large weeds) and spray them to control the weeds. They will also keep the Paver driveways free of weeds.

NOTICE TO ALL HOMEOWNERS: ALL STREETS WILL BE IRRIGATED ON WEDNESDAY. THIS IS DUE TO SOUTH FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT REGULATIONS.

WE ARE ASKING EVERY HOME OWNER TO INSPECT THEIR IRRIGATION SYSTEM FOR PROPER COVERAGE

Do not turn on your sprinklers if they are hooked up to the HOA system.

You may damage the system and or mess up the timers.

You can and will be fined for this and you will pay repair cost.

As of February 8, 2012 a new company by the name of Royal Green will be taking over the Fertilization, Weed Control and Insect control in place of Hulett.  They will be spraying February 8 thru the 11th of this month.  All areas will be sprayed including inside fenced areas unless they see dogs or children present.  They have already put down red ant bait to reduce the ant population which was not part of the old contract.  Please bear with them for the next several months because as the weeds are killed it will look worse before it gets better.  The spraying will occur quarterly and in addition as needed.  Any questions should be addressed to the HOA office or Marvin Ott.
